The Lifetimes Stories Photography studio is located at 14 Boscawen Street, Rochedale South, Brisbane. Newborn and sitter sessions are held in the studio, where everything needed for a comfortable and carefully planned experience is available. Maternity and family sessions can take place in the studio or at an outdoor location within approximately 30 minutes of the studio.
At this stage, in-home sessions are not available. Newborn and sitter sessions are photographed in the Rochedale South studio. Maternity and family sessions can be held either in the studio or at a suitable outdoor Brisbane location within approximately 30 minutes of Rochedale South.
Lifetimes Stories Photography specialises in maternity, newborn, baby, sitter and family photography. Individual sessions and combined maternity and newborn collections are available, allowing you to document your journey from pregnancy through your baby’s earliest milestones. Weddings, birthday parties and large extended-family events are not currently offered.
The number of photographs you receive depends on the collection you select during your viewing appointment.

Your professionally enhanced photographs will normally be ready to view within two to three weeks after your session. You will be invited to a personal viewing appointment where Victoria will help you choose your favourite photographs, digital collection, printed products and wall art.
A typical viewing gallery may include approximately 20 photographs from an individual session and 40 or more from some lifestyle sessions. The final number can vary depending on your session type, participants and chosen photographic style. Your collection determines how many finished images you will receive.
Your gallery may include selected black-and-white photographs where that treatment complements the emotion, light and composition of the image. If you particularly love black-and-white photography, please mention it during your consultation. Lifestyle and Fresh 48 sessions are especially well suited to this timeless style.
RAW and unedited files are not provided. Every selected photograph is professionally enhanced and carefully finished to reflect the signature fine-art style of Lifetimes Stories Photography. Professional editing is an important part of creating the polished, timeless images presented in your final gallery and printed products
Your chosen digital images can be supplied once payment has been made in full. If you select a payment plan, your images and products will be delivered after the final payment is completed. Wall art and printed products generally require an additional one to two weeks from the order date.
The preferred experience is an in-person viewing appointment at the studio. This gives you personal support when choosing your favourite images, collection and wall art. If you live outside Queensland or cannot attend the studio, please discuss this with Victoria so an alternative viewing arrangement can be organised.
Your photographs will never be shared without your permission. Image-sharing preferences are discussed and recorded in your session agreement before your photographs are published anywhere. You can choose the level of privacy that feels right for your family, including keeping your entire gallery private. Your decision will always be respected.
Your session can be reserved with a $100 booking deposit. Because only two sessions are generally scheduled each week, booking early is strongly recommended.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or at the studio during your viewing appointment. Interest-free payment plans may also be available.

Your selected digital images and printed products will be supplied once the complete balance has been paid. Payment arrangements can be discussed before you confirm your final collection
Lifetimes Stories Photography specialises in maternity, newborn, baby and immediate-family photography. Weddings, birthday parties and large extended-family sessions are not currently offered. This specialised focus makes it possible to provide expecting parents and young families with a calm, carefully prepared and personalised photography experience.
Your partner and children are always welcome when they are participating in the session. Your partner may also be able to help with the baby, children or small adjustments while individual portraits are being created.

Please discuss any additional attendees beforehand, as the studio is not designed for large extended-family groups.

Mentoring sessions are held in my home photography studio in Rochedale South, Brisbane. The studio provides a controlled and comfortable environment where we can work with natural light, studio lighting, posing equipment and photography props.
No. Maternity and newborn photography mentoring sessions are held separately. This allows us to give each photography style the attention it requires and provides enough time for practical photography, demonstrations, portfolio feedback and questions.
Yes. Mentoring can be adapted for beginner photographers as well as those who already have experience but want to improve specific skills. Before the workshop, we will discuss your current experience, equipment and goals so the session can be tailored appropriately.
Yes. You should bring your camera, suitable lenses, memory cards, fully charged batteries and any other equipment you regularly use. Working with your own equipment will make it easier to apply what you learn when you return to your own sessions.
Yes. A pregnant model will be arranged for maternity mentoring, while a newborn baby and their mother will attend newborn mentoring. Model availability is carefully coordinated, particularly for newborn sessions, as babies may arrive earlier or later than expected.
You will generally be able to use approved images captured during the practical session in your portfolio. Image usage will remain subject to the model release and any conditions explained before the workshop.
Yes. Newborn comfort and safety are essential parts of the mentoring session. We will discuss safe handling, supportive posing, recognising a baby’s cues and understanding when a pose should be modified or stopped.
The booking and cancellation conditions should be confirmed before paying your deposit. Please enquire if you need more information about transferring your booking, cancellations or circumstances that may affect the scheduled workshop.
